Mum’s Birthday Lunch

Yummmm... Turkey, Stuffing, Mash, Salad, Cranberry Sauce...

Oh, what a yummy Christmas/Birthday lunch we just had — turkey with stuffing, gravy and cranberry sauce, steamed vegetables, fresh garden salad and mashed potatoes. As appetizer, Kim and I succesfully made our very first batch of deep-fried cheese sticks. We used Camembert cheese for this and it was awesome, especially with the honey lemon glaze that Kim made. :)

Dessert was yogurt with fresh strawberries and some Maxim’s ice-cream cake. Wahaha… now feeling damn full sial!
